Booking and Clinic Terms:
- Gift vouchers are Non-refundable and are valid for 6 months only.
- A 20% deposit will be required for all pre booked appointments lasting over 1 hour.
- The cancellation policy requires 24hrs notice, failure to do so will result in deposits being held or the charge of a cancellation fee.
- Clients that arrive late will only receive the remaining time of their appointment.
- It may be necessary to treat appointments as cancelled for clients arriving more than 20 minutes late.
- Any client under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
